- Business records: relationship, conflict, consent, referral, and recordkeeping information reasonably necessary to evaluate a prospective matter.
3. Sources and purposes
We may receive information from you or representatives; automatically from devices and hosting or security providers; or from lawful public, professional, referral, and business sources. We use it to operate, secure, and improve the Site; respond and schedule; assess fit, capacity, and conflicts; administer relationships; prevent misuse; protect people, property, rights, and systems; keep appropriate records; and comply with law. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn prospectively.
4. Cookies and signals
The Site and hosting infrastructure may use essential cookies, local storage, or similar technology for delivery, security, load balancing, and preferences. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising technology is introduced, this notice and required choices will be updated. “Do Not Track” is not uniformly standardized; legally required opt-out preference signals are honored where applicable.
5. Disclosure
We may disclose information to hosting, email, security, IT, professional, and other service providers under appropriate restrictions; to advisers and authorities to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights or safety, or respond to legal process; with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer subject to safeguards; or at your direction or consent. We do not disclose personal information for payment except in a business transfer.
6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws, and do not knowingly use sensitive information to infer characteristics. If practices change, we will update this notice and provide required opt-outs.
7. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for relationship management, security, disputes, legal compliance, enforcement, and the purposes above. Duration depends on type, sensitivity, context, law, and legitimate need. We then delete, de-identify, or securely isolate information as appropriate.
8. Security and international processing
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the information and operations. No system or transmission is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States or other places where providers operate, with lawful transfer safeguards where required.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on jurisdiction and exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction; object or opt out of certain processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denial. You may opt out of non-essential emails. We may verify identity and authority. Authorized agents may act where permitted. We will not unlawfully discriminate for exercising a privacy right.
10. U.S. state disclosures
In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers, professional information, internet or network activity, and correspondence, and disclosed them to service providers for the business purposes above. We have not knowingly sold or shared these categories for cross-context behavioral advertising and offer no financial incentive for personal information. California and other state residents may exercise applicable rights described above if the law applies to us.
11. Children and third parties
The Site is intended for adults and not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Third-party links and services follow their own terms and privacy practices.
12. Changes and contact
